Connecting Google Business Profile

What this does

Connect an authorized Google Business Profile so SmartQ can load supported location and review data.

Steps

1. Open Integrations.
2. Select Google Business Profile.
3. Choose Manage and start the Google authorization flow.
4. Sign in to the Google account that manages the profiles.
5. Select the authorized business assets and finish setup.

What happens next

Your change is available within the scope you selected.

Warnings

• Never paste a Google password or token into SmartQ Support.

Troubleshooting

• If a profile is missing, confirm the signed-in Google account manages it.
• A newly connected profile may need time to finish its first synchronization.
