Browse events and confirmed venue availability using the location's provider lineup, packages, teams, and guide preferences.
Steps
- Select a specific location.
- Open SportsQ Guide and choose the date.
- Filter by sport, league, team, or event.
- Review channel/package availability.
- Open Settings to correct provider, package, team, or guide preferences.
- Save and verify the guide or public output.
Settings reference
Provider identifies the venue service; lineup maps channels; packages add eligible networks/events; home teams and preferences influence prioritization; public-guide settings control published presentation where available.
Guide states
Confirmed availability requires a compatible provider/lineup result. Unknown or unavailable is distinct from confirmed not carried.

Permissions and scope
- No Access hides or blocks the module. Read Only permits viewing but disables changes. Editor permits the documented create, edit, publish, or administrative actions within the user's assigned scope.
Mobile
- On narrow screens, open the sidebar or overflow menu to reach the same actions; labels and save behavior are unchanged unless this article says otherwise.

Troubleshooting
- No channel can mean no configured lineup, an unavailable package, blackout/rights condition, stale provider data, or unsupported event.
- All Locations is not valid for location-specific channel truth; select the venue.
- For no-event state, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
- For no lineup and stale schedule states, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
