SmartQ dashboard and scope reference
The dashboard is a source-aware rollup of enabled modules for the selected group or location.
What this does
The dashboard is a source-aware rollup of enabled modules for the selected group or location.
Steps
- Confirm the group or location selector.
- Review Current Scope and the enabled-module cards.
- Open a module card to inspect its source data.
- Use Devices for offline or provisioning issues.
- Change to a specific location when a workflow requires location scope.
Group and location scope
All Locations rolls up only eligible child locations. A specific location shows that location's effective modules and records.
Operational cards
Cards can show enabled modules, Players online, pending actions, campaign delivery, order volume, ShiftQ metrics, MatriQ health, BevQ drift, and BevQ.social activity when those sources are enabled.
Locked, loading, stale, and empty states
Locked means unavailable by access or entitlement. Loading is temporary. No data can be valid for a new scope. A visible source timestamp is the freshness signal.
Permissions and scope
- No Access hides or blocks the module. Read Only permits viewing but disables changes. Editor permits the documented create, edit, publish, or administrative actions within the user's assigned scope.
Mobile
- On narrow screens, open the sidebar or overflow menu to reach the same actions; labels and save behavior are unchanged unless this article says otherwise.
Customer-visible states
- loading
- locked
- missing permission
- no data
- stale
- offline

Troubleshooting
- A locked or missing module usually reflects permissions or subscription entitlement.
- Missing or insufficient permissions on a card means its source cannot be read at the selected scope.
- A stale timestamp means the card has not received a recent source update; open the source module before escalating.
- For locked module state, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
- For loading, missing-permission, and stale-data states, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
