Sign in, invitations, and onboarding

What this does

Sign in with the invited identity, accept any pending invitation, and complete required organization or profile fields before entering Admin.

Steps

1. Open the SmartQ sign-in page.
2. Use the email or identity option associated with the invitation.
3. If prompted, accept the invitation and verify the organization scope.
4. Complete required onboarding fields.
5. Return to the originally requested Admin page.

Invitation states

Valid invitations can be accepted by the matching identity. Expired, revoked, already-used, or mismatched invitations explain why acceptance is unavailable.

Onboarding fields

Required fields are marked in the interface. Canceling before completion leaves onboarding unfinished and may return you to the same step.

Mobile

• On narrow screens, open the sidebar or overflow menu to reach the same actions; labels and save behavior are unchanged unless this article says otherwise.

Troubleshooting

• An expired or already-used invitation requires a new invitation from an authorized administrator.
• If the wrong organization opens, sign out and use the exact invited identity.
