Manage your SmartQ account profile

What this does

Review identity details and account-scoped preferences without changing organization-level settings.

Steps

1. Open My Account.
2. Review the signed-in identity.
3. Edit available profile preferences.
4. Save and confirm the success state.
5. Use Sign out when switching identities.

Profile

Profile values describe the signed-in person and do not change group or location records.

Identity and security

Authentication is handled by the configured identity provider. Never place credentials in a Support case.

Mobile

• On narrow screens, open the sidebar or overflow menu to reach the same actions; labels and save behavior are unchanged unless this article says otherwise.
