Widget settings reference

Template controls structure; coverage selects locations; rating filter limits eligible reviews; moderation respects display state; design controls visual presentation; rotation controls sequencing/timing where available.

Embed and public behavior

Copy uses the saved widget identifier. The public route renders approved eligible reviews and required Google attribution; changes apply after save/publish.

Your change is available within the scope you selected.

Warnings

  • Google attribution must remain visible where required. Removing all eligible reviews can produce an empty widget.

Troubleshooting

  • If only five-star reviews should appear, set the minimum/allowed rating to five and verify the chosen locations contain eligible reviews.
  • An empty widget can mean no eligible reviews, moderation exclusions, wrong location coverage, or unpublished changes.
  • For empty and unavailable states, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
