Reviews inbox: filter, draft, publish, and moderate

What this does

Use the Reviews inbox at the correct scope to refresh reviews, generate or edit a response, publish to Google, and control supported TV display state.

Steps

1. Confirm All Locations or a specific location.
2. Refresh and apply rating, response, or status filters.
3. Open a review card.
4. Generate or regenerate an AI suggestion when eligible.
5. Use the suggestion or edit a draft.
6. Publish to Google and verify the responded state.
7. Apply the supported TV moderation/display control separately.

Scope, refresh, and filters

All Locations aggregates eligible child locations; a location page restricts cards and actions to that location. Refresh requests current provider data; filters do not delete reviews.

Suggestion to published response

AI suggestion creates editable text. Regenerate replaces the suggestion, Use suggestion copies it into the draft, and Publish sends the reviewed draft to Google. Responded state reflects provider synchronization.

TV display and moderation

TV display state is separate from the Google response. Supported controls decide whether the review is eligible for configured review widgets or TV surfaces.

Permissions and scope

• No Access hides or blocks the module. Read Only permits viewing but disables changes. Editor permits the documented create, edit, publish, or administrative actions within the user's assigned scope.

Mobile

• On mobile, review filters and secondary actions can move into a sheet or overflow menu. Open the review card to reach suggestion, draft, publish, and display actions.

Warnings

• Publishing sends the response to Google; review the text and location before confirming.

Troubleshooting

• A missing review may be filtered, outside the selected scope, not yet synchronized, or tied to an unmapped Google profile.
• A failed response can reflect disconnected authorization, insufficient Google permission, an already-changed review, or a provider error. Refresh before retrying.
• For response, moderation, and tv display states, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
