Responding to Google reviews

What this does

Draft and publish a response to an eligible Google review.

Steps

1. Open Reviews and select the review.
2. Write or edit the response.
3. Review the tone and details.
4. Choose the publish action shown in SmartQ.
5. Wait for the success state and confirm the response is recorded.

What happens next

Your change is available within the scope you selected.

Warnings

• A response is public on Google after publishing.

Troubleshooting

• If publishing fails, confirm the Google connection still has access to that profile.
