Using Player logs safely

What this does

Use bounded Player logs to correlate health and playback issues without exposing credentials.

Steps

1. Open Players, then Logs.
2. Select the narrowest Player and time range.
3. Review customer-safe events around the issue.
4. Record timestamps and event types.
5. Create a case from the Player if escalation is needed.
