Why a SmartQ module is missing

What this does

A module can be hidden by role access, location scope, subscription entitlement, or release status.

Steps

1. Confirm the active group and location.
2. Ask an administrator to review your role's module access.
3. Review the subscription on Billing.
4. Confirm the feature is generally available rather than preview or coming soon.
5. Contact Support with the product, location, and page if access should be present.
