How location overrides work

What this does

A location override changes an eligible inherited setting only for that location while the group default remains available elsewhere.

Steps

1. Open the feature's settings at group scope and review the default.
2. Select the intended location.
3. Enable or edit the location-specific value where supported.
4. Save and verify that location.
5. Remove the override to return to the inherited group value.

What happens next

Your change is available within the scope you selected.

Warnings

• An override should be created only when the location intentionally differs from its group.
