Invite a person and assign only the groups, locations, and role they need.
Steps
- Open Users.
- Choose Invite User.
- Enter the email address.
- Choose the role and authorized scope.
- Review access, then send the invitation.
What happens next
Your change is available within the scope you selected.
Warnings
- Do not grant a broader group or location scope than required.
Troubleshooting
- An existing account should use the same email address when accepting.
