Steps
- Open Manage and choose an authorized venue.
- Review public profile fields and current assets.
- Edit or upload only approved content.
- Preview printable/public output where offered.
- Save and verify the public venue profile.
- Use the SmartQ handoff for menus, specials, or other operational modules when directed.
Venue field reference
Public name, description, contact details, hours, links, services, imagery, and supported venue attributes affect the public profile. Required fields and asset constraints are shown in the editor.
SmartQ management handoff
The handoff creates a short-lived authorized management session; it does not transfer credentials between products.

Troubleshooting
- No managed venues means the signed-in identity has no approved management grant.
- A failed handoff can indicate an expired session, wrong identity, or removed venue access.
- For expired, invalid, and unavailable handoff states, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
