Authorized brand managers can edit public brand details and managed items, then hand off to AdNet where eligible.
Steps
- Open My Brands.
- Choose an approved claimed brand.
- Edit supported profile fields and assets.
- Create, edit, or remove managed items.
- Save and verify the public brand page.
- Use the AdNet handoff only when the account is eligible.
Brand field reference
Identity, description, imagery, links, and managed item fields affect public brand/entity pages as shown. Required validation must pass before save.
Claim states
Unclaimed permits starting verification; pending awaits review; approved grants authorized management; rejected or revoked requires the displayed resolution path.

Troubleshooting
- Pending claims cannot use full management actions until approved.
- An AdNet handoff can fail when the brand or advertiser profile is not active.
- For empty and pending-claim states, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
