What this does

Configure inherited menu and publishing behavior at group scope or create an intentional location override.

Steps

  1. Open BevQ Settings and confirm scope.
  2. Review inherited and local indicators.
  3. Change the intended menu, pricing, display, or publishing option shown.
  4. Save and verify the affected output.
  5. Reset a location value to resume group inheritance.

Scope and inheritance

Group values are defaults for eligible locations. Location overrides replace only the corresponding setting at that location.

Settings reference

Menu behavior controls organization and availability; pricing controls supported price presentation; display controls TV/widget/print output; publishing options control eligible destinations. Exact choices are those displayed for the current subscription and integration state.

Permissions and scope

  • No Access hides or blocks the module. Read Only permits viewing but disables changes. Editor permits the documented create, edit, publish, or administrative actions within the user's assigned scope.

Mobile

  • On narrow screens, open the sidebar or overflow menu to reach the same actions; labels and save behavior are unchanged unless this article says otherwise.

Your change is available within the scope you selected.

Warnings

  • An override continues to replace later group-default changes until reset.

Troubleshooting

  • If a setting is disabled, check Editor access, selected scope, entitlement, and whether the value is controlled by an integration.
  • For reset to inherited value and save errors, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
