What this does

SmartQ Admin exposes current venue-side SmartQ TV supply, inventory/pricing, campaign, creative-review, and delivery/reporting workflows; external Google and Meta media are not operational.

Steps

  1. Open AdNet at the intended group or location.
  2. Review SmartQ TV supply and eligible inventory.
  3. Set or inspect available pricing and targeting constraints.
  4. Review campaign and creative approval state.
  5. Use delivery reports for current SmartQ TV activity.
  6. Treat Google Ads and Meta Ads labels as Coming Soon.

Inventory and pricing reference

TV Supply represents eligible SmartQ screens; inventory controls availability; pricing/packages define offered supply; targeting narrows eligible venues; frequency controls limit repeated delivery where exposed.

Creative approval states

Pending awaits review. Approved is eligible subject to campaign rules. Rejected requires the stated correction. Delivery is still dependent on schedule and supply.

External channels

Google Ads and Meta Ads are Coming Soon. Phase 1 delivery and reporting apply to SmartQ TV only.

Warnings

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads are Coming Soon and must not be represented as operational delivery channels.

Troubleshooting

  • No eligible inventory can mean scope, venue opt-in, screen capability, schedule, pricing/package, or targeting constraints exclude all supply.
  • A pending or rejected creative cannot deliver until the applicable review state permits it.
  • For delivery reports and approval states, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
