Upload advertiser creative, meet validation rules, submit it for review, and track approval before campaign delivery.
Steps
- Open Assets.
- Upload supported media and enter required metadata.
- Resolve format, size, duration, or transfer validation.
- Save and submit for review.
- Track Pending, Approved, or Rejected status.
- Correct and resubmit a rejected asset, or archive an unused asset.
Asset fields
File supplies media; name/metadata identify it; format/dimensions/duration determine technical eligibility; review status determines campaign eligibility.
Review states
Draft is not submitted. Pending awaits review. Approved is eligible. Rejected requires changes. Archived is removed from normal selection.
Mobile
- On narrow screens, open the sidebar or overflow menu to reach the same actions; labels and save behavior are unchanged unless this article says otherwise.

Warnings
- Approved means eligible for SmartQ TV use; it does not guarantee delivery without matching campaign, schedule, and inventory.
Troubleshooting
- A failed upload can reflect format, file limits, network interruption, or validation.
- A rejection should be corrected according to the displayed review reason before resubmission.
- For approved, pending, rejected, and failed-upload states, verify the selected scope, access level, required connection, and displayed validation or freshness status; retry once after correcting the cause, then create a context-rich Support case if it continues.
